Estimate assumes 20% infill. Final weight can vary slightly with color and finish.
Upload a ready .stl for an instant estimate, or describe what you need and we'll follow up with a quote.
Already have an .stl? That's the cheaper, quicker option, since it skips modeling entirely and gets you a price on this page right now.
Starting from scratch instead? 3D modeling is billed separately at $60/hr, and we'll need exact measurements to build an accurate design. Submit your proposal below and we'll email a modeling + print estimate.

Two materials for now: Rapid PLA+ for prototyping and everyday parts. PAHT-CF where strength and heat resistance matter. More materials and finishes are on the way and may be available upon request. Please reach out via the form below.
All filament goes through the supplier recommended drying process and is held at that humidity for the duration of the print. The extruder and nozzle have both been significantly upgraded to handle some of the most abrasive carbon infused filaments. Every single part is inspected top to bottom. Not every part will have geometrically flawless layers but the tolerance will be checked to meet our +/- 0.01mm accuracy. Any parts with major defects will be recycled and a new model will be reprinted.
This started on one printer, run solo. The plan is to keep proving out demand on real orders, then reinvest in more print capacity and faster turnaround, including a move into the Prusa line to bring flawless accuracy and multi-color printing into the shop, growing one order at a time rather than overbuilding upfront.
